Before you write

Open the FAQ. Export folders, XAPK installs, failed installs, transfers and restoring Pro are answered there, with the same wording as in the app.
For a failed install, note the reason the app shows: incompatible ABI, minimum Android version, low storage or a different signature. That is usually the whole answer.
For a transfer or migration problem, check that both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network and note which step stopped. The app's Send feedback option fills in the app version, device model and Android version for you.
