Relaypad support

Relaypad turns your Android phone into a wireless controller for your console, or streams the console picture to your phone, tablet or TV, at home or away.

Before you write

  1. Open the FAQ. Most connection, sign-in and picture questions are answered there, with the same wording as in the app.
  2. If the app can't connect, run Connection Doctor from Settings. It checks your network, the console and Remote Play, and it can email the report to us with one tap.
  3. Make sure the console is on or in rest mode with Remote Play turned on in its settings.
