Before you write

Open the FAQ. Most questions about tasks that don't run, permissions and the auto clicker are answered there, with the same wording as in the app.
Check the dashboard: the service must be running, the task enabled and the Accessibility service granted. If a task worked before and then stopped, battery optimisation is the usual cause; the FAQ has the steps.
Note which trigger you used, which app the task acts on and what happened on screen. That is what we need to reproduce it.

WhenDo is free to install. If you bought Pro or an AI pack and it doesn't work with your setup, email us within 7 days of the purchase and we'll refund it. Tell us what you tried; it helps us fix it for the next person.
